Provide skilled clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, adhering to professional standards and protocols. This contract role involves coordinating and delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position reports to the Nurse Manager or Director and requires utilization of the nursing process to ensure quality outcomes.Responsibilities include assessing patients and families for educational needs, participating in learning opportunities, implementing complex care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The nurse will perform bedside point-of-care testing as needed and promote a safe, clean environment.
