Warren & Chima Orthodontics is currently looking for a new RDA or OA to assist our forward-thinking team! We are in a beautiful neighborhood located in the West Portal area of San Francisco on the out skirts of the city giving you an easy commute to work. We believe in the latest technologies and pride ourselves in a highly organized office. The entire staff develops our systems of organization and patient care. Full-time schedule with no weekends offered with a family friendly atmosphere and a schedule that provides life work balance!Our ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented individual that is self-directed and able to communicate well with patients and co-workers plus possess the desire to help grow our business while having a positive personality. Prior orthodontic chair-side experience is highly preferred but we are willing to train with the right personality and required licensing listed below.If you have all the following requirements listed below, please email your resume ASAP for immediate consideration. We hope to have you on our team helping our patients while creating beautiful smiles!POSITION HOURS:Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:15pmFridays 8:00 - 3:00pm (work 1-2 Fridays/month)BENEFITS:$26-$36/hr. (Higher end pay rate is for someone skilled in orthodontics chairside assisting that requires less training.)No weekends or eveningsAnnual bonusesUniforms (scrubs)Medical and dental coverage401k + matching plan and Profit SharingGenerous paid holidays (13 days per year and PTO included)Easy commute within SF near Muni stationREQUIREMENTS:RDA or OA license required.California X-ray license and CPR certificate required.1+ years orthodontic chair-side experience highly preferred but willing to train.Resides in a reasonable commuting distance of work.Positive attitude with a sense of humor!Adaptable and have a good relationship with everyone on the team.Excellent verbal English skills required.Professional, presentable, loyal, and trustworthyGenuinely enjoys making patients smile and being the best part of their day.Orthodontic Assistant (RDA or OA) duties but not limited to:All aspects of clinical orthodontic assisting such as tying and untying ligatures, fitting bands, impressions, setting up brackets to bond, OSHA management, trying in appliances, etc. All other orthodontic duties as needed.Taking orthodontic records.Sterilization as needed.Maintaining standards of infection control.Adhere and flow all practice policies and rules withing the employee handbook.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Benefits:Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, BonusesCompensation:$26-$36/hour
