This role blends classroom and hands-on instruction in anaccelerated environment and plays a critical role in preparingparticipants for FAA certification. Key Responsibilities- Deliver FAA Part 65aligned instruction and Bombardier-specific training in both classroom and field settings- Prepare participants for Oral & Practical (O&P) exams and coordinate testing logistics with FAA Designated Mechanic Examiners- Facilitate on-site and off-site training sessions, including setup, execution, and closeout- Track attendance, performance, and certification progress while providing regular feedback to program leadership- Collaborate with Bombardier and WSU Tech teams to ensure training quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Requirements {#job-requirements-title}Required- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification and at least five years of relevant aviation maintenance or instructional experience- Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 65 regulations and certification processes- Experience delivering FAA-aligned technical instruction or workforce training- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills- Ability to travel and maintain flexible scheduling as needed
