What Were Looking For You'll excel here if you bring:Required1-2+ years' experience in fleet maintenance or recent tech school graduateValid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 75 lbsStrongly PreferredCertifications (608 certification)ThermoKing and/or Carrier factory certifications are a big plusSolid understanding of refrigeration operation and microprocessor control systemsStrong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) for effective daily teamwork. Nice to HaveCDL A or BSkills and certifications help - but a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn go a long way with us.
