Job Summary and Qualifications + You will demonstrate knowledge of hospital administration, nursing services, clinical services and information technology and customer relations + You will be accountable for overall fiscal management of the respective department including all operational expenses (man-hour, materials/supplies) and other expenditures + You will be an active participant in the design of organizational functions as they affect hospital operations off hours What qualifications you will need: + Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (RN) Registered Nurse + Associate Degree + 5 years RN experience in an acute care setting + RN Critical Care experience preferred Benefits HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
