Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services RN Manager: BSN required / Master's preferredRN active license requiredMinimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor level or above in an inpatient surgical services settingMinimum five (5) years of operating room nursing experience (hospital based)INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership styleStrong focus on quality, patient safety, staff and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
