This is a physical, high-impact role that keeps the "Industrial Heart" of Ohio beating.Schedule & Shifts (The "Powerhouse" Rotation)We offer 10-hour shifts with a rotating schedule to help you maintain a great work-life balance.Day Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pmNight Shift: 6:00 pm - 4:30 amRotations: Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun OR Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri (Schedules rotate every other week).Responsibilities:Your Daily "Matchmaking" Tasks:Precision Banding: Use a specialized banding gun (approx. 14 lbs) to secure large solar panel stacks. This is a great workout and requires constant movement!Expert Forklift Operation: Move oversized pallets throughout the facility using a sit-down forklift.Safety-First Navigation: Because of the size of the pallets, you?ll be putting your skills to the test by driving in reverse to maintain visibility and safety.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Preferred Skills (The "Perfect Match")Experience in heavy industrial or logistics environments (like those found on the East Side/Oregon corridor).Experience with banding, strapping, or securing oversized freight.A "Safety-First" mindset and a history of great attendance.Preference for long-term growth (this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!).Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Required Skills (The Essentials)Forklift Expertise: At least 6 months of documented forklift experience.
