You’ll assist the drive-in restaurant’s General Manager in managing drive-in operations. You will also be involved in training and supporting other employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner. We want every guest to have an enjoyable dining experience every time they come to SONIC.Responsibilities include:Oversee the general operations of the assigned shift (managing labor cost, cost of goods, scheduling, and administrative work)Train and coach team members.Ensure that all tasks are completed and verified throughout the shift.Deliver correct action to team members.Stock shelves during delivery days.Follow proper cash handling policies set forth by the company.Ensure all employees are following all Federal and State regulationsRequirements:Must be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to stand for at least 8 hoursBi - Lingual is helpful
