As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on energy solutions, helping customers make informed decisions, and promoting our community solar and third-party energy solutions. ResponsibilitiesGo door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with homeownersEducate customers on our energy savings and community solar programsAnswer questions about eligibility, benefits, and enrollment stepsQualify prospects and complete enrollments in personAccurately collect and submit customer information using our CRM system Follow up when needed to finalize enrollments Provide a positive, professional customer experience in the field Attend team trainings and performance meetings Work toward daily and weekly enrollment goalsQualificationsCustomer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desiredCommunication and Interpersonal Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skillsEducational Background: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferredSales Process Knowledge: Understanding the sales process and how to enter information intoclient databases desiredOrganizational Skills: You are an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goalsCompensation$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)About Clae Goldman TeamClae Goldman Team specializes in providing community solar and third-party energy solutions door-to-door and retail.
