Manager of Bioanalytical Services

Piper Companies is seeking a Manager of Bioanalytical Services to support a leading organization in the life sciences research industry for a permanent position based out of Whitesboro, NY. The Manager of Bioanalytical Services will guide day‑to‑day laboratory operations, direct teams focused on ADA and PK assay work, and ensure high‑quality analytical output supporting clinical development programs.Responsibilities of the Manager of Bioanalytical Services include: Oversee daily bioanalytical lab activities to ensure timely and precise processing of clinical samples. Lead and mentor supervisors and scientific staff, fostering strong performance and operational consistency. Manage method development, optimization, and validation efforts aligned with GLP and regulatory expectations. Partner with internal project teams to align analytical strategies with program timelines and scientific needs. Drive compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all ADA‑focused workflows.Qualifications for the Manager of Bioanalytical Services include: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related scientific field. Demonstrated background in bioanalytical operations or laboratory leadership with solid GLP knowledge. Proven success managing teams and complex lab processes in a regulated environment. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with experience supporting investigations and deviations.
