About the team TikTok's Ads Measurement Product team builds products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. We're looking for a Product Manager to build attribution and optimization products to help marketers and brands realize and improve their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers. Responsibilities -Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad attribution and optimization products that help -advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok -Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products -Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch (this does not include total years of experience) - 3+ years of related experience within the ads measurement or delivery space - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred
