You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and move searches forward efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.This role is structured as a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who can step in, take ownership of active requisitions, and support ongoing growth.A Typical Day at Prime ControlsManage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring prioritiesSource active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachReview resumes and conduct structured phone screens to evaluate skills and alignmentBuild and maintain pipelines for high-demand technical rolesCoordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teamsSupport hiring managers with compensation recommendations and market feedbackDraft and present offer letters; assist with offer negotiationsMaintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking SystemWhat You Will BringRequired3-5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experienceExperience recruiting in engineering, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferredHands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing toolsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions at onceStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managersOrganized, responsive, and detail-orientedPreferredExperience recruiting for field-based or project-driven rolesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldWhat We Offer:Full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package including, but not limited to:Health, Dental, and Vision coverageFlexible Spending Account(s)Generous PTONumerous culture eventsESOP401k matching and more!Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
