2026 Unite Summit - Exploratory Program

The Unite Summit targetsstudentsin their freshman orsophomore year, currently enrolled at a four-year college or university.Our summit was designed toexpose participants to workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration! Participants will also partake injob coachingand enhanced professional development.Through this program, participants will receive exposure to insurance career paths, enhance their business acumen, and have an opportunity to secure a Summer 2027internship.The Unite Summit will take placeSunday, June 21st - Tuesday, June 23rd in Liberty’s corporate headquarters in Boston, MA. This in-person event is for those who are located near the New England area withlimited space for those located outside of New England.Liberty Mutual will incur all costs for approved travelaccommodations.Here's what you can look forward to as a (an):Finance attendee:Network with recent college hires and others in Liberty’s finance communityLearn more about career paths and finance opportunities participants can pursueGain exposure to the role finance plays at an insurance company and how the work contributes to the company’s overall successDevelop and enhance skills necessary for success in the fieldData Analytics attendee:Interact with recent college hires who are participating in Liberty’s Analyst Development Program and learn more about their training, rotational experience, and exposure to data driven projectsHear from industry experts and program managers to learn more about how data analytics impacts the insurance industryEngage in a case workshop to develop your analytical approach and technical interviewing skillsShadow analysts to learn more about the data tools and platforms used at Liberty Mutual InsuranceActuarial attendee:Build relationships with peers and members of Liberty’s actuarial community through workshops and a case competition designed to strengthen your actuarial knowledge and to give you exposure to real actuarial work.Learn what types of actuarial roles you can pursue at Liberty, what it’s like to work as an actuary, and necessary skills for a successful career in the field.Hear from recent college graduates in our Actuarial Development Program, connect with some of our senior actuaries, and learn about some of our actuarial functions at Liberty Mutual.Questions about attending?
