Our practice is located in the heart of San Ramon’s growing community and is known for friendly staff and comprehensive treatment planning.SchedulePart-timeMonday and ThursdayOpportunity to become full-time as hygiene demand growsDuties & ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality hygiene care, including routine cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenanceAssess periodontal health, chart findings, and identify early signs of gum diseaseEducate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment optionsIdentify potential Invisalign candidates during hygiene visits and educate patients on Invisalign benefits and treatment flowSchedule Invisalign consultations with the doctor and support case acceptance in collaboration with the front desk and clinical teamTake dental X-rays and assist with soft tissue proceduresReview patient history and support the dentist with treatment planning insightsMaintain accurate, up-to-date clinical and scheduling documentationCommunicate clearly with the doctor and dental team regarding patient careFollow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environmentSupport the team during downtime with recalls, sterilization, and assisting as neededUtilize intraoral scanning and periodontal adjuncts (laser experience a plus)RequirementsActive California Registered Dental Hygienist licenseCertified in placing fluoride and dental sealants and taking X-rays3-5 years of experience preferredExcellent chairside manner with a warm, friendly personalityStrong communication and organizational skillsTeam-player mentality with a positive attitudeExperience with intraoral scanning; laser and periodontal adjunct experience is a plusPay & Compensation$60-$65 per hourDiscretionary performance-based bonusIf you’re a motivated hygienist looking for a part-time role in a friendly, family-focused practice—with room to grow into a full-time position—we’d love to hear from you.Benefits:BonusesCompensation:$60-$65/hour
