Reports to the Director of Capacity Command Center and is responsible for the coordination of patient flow and supervisory activities of regional float staff, staffing office, and transfer center during their assigned shift. This position serves as a nursing resource in collaboration with ministry house supervisors, and intervenes in difficult situations regarding staffing decisions, the assignment of patients, and regional referral/transfer patients, as necessary.
