Service Electrician

Job Title: Service Electrician Job Description Under the guidance of the Security Service Manager, the Security Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting CCTV, Card Access, Fire, and Burglar systems. The role involves diagnosing issues and making recommendations to fix or replace systems as needed to best serve the customer. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot systems and ensure they are functioning properly. + Communicate with customers to understand their system needs and perform necessary repairs. + Write detailed notes in work orders. + Communicate with the office regarding any follow-up needed. + Participate in an on-call rotation. + Follow safety processes and promote a safety-first culture. + Document parts used on the job and follow processes to order materials. + Communicate with other technicians and provide technical support. + Promote and support the company's core values. Essential Skills + Low voltage electrical troubleshooting skills. + Advanced knowledge of tools and safe usage. + Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively. + Detail-oriented and organized.
