Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Principal Subsidiary IAM Business Architect works with relevant leaders and Humana enterprise stakeholders to identify, define, and design security architecture requirements and secure designs for technology solutions across Humana's business, information technology, and security domains. The Principal Subsidiary IAM Architect leads the development of technical architecture blueprints and designs as well as ensures alignment of security and risk imperatives with business priorities. provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). The Principal subsidiary IAM Architect is highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience. Responsibilities: The Principal Subsidiary IAM Architect will manage all aspects of delivery of IAM product capabilities. + Acts as the subsidiary IAM architect within the company. + Provide regular executive updates to ensure alignment with senior business and IT executives and the business segments they support. + Develops the business case to integrate the IAM technology and processes supporting subsidiaries into Humana standards. + Drive development of dashboards and reports using analytics, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress. + Identify and quantify opportunities for roadmap prioritization. Assess tech debt as part of the development backlog and manage accordingly. + Collaborate intra-team as well as with broader internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, business teams, and partners. Share information and results effectively and succinctly with right level of information detail. + Represent Humana in community and industry, programs and conferences. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience + 8+ years of technical cyber security experience + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. + Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders + Deep understanding of agile development processes. + Understanding of tracking intra product dependencies, system integrations, interfaces. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications + Master's Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field + Prior experience in the Identity & Access management (IAM) industry, ideally with focus in the IGA space + Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM + Experience with complex technical environments similar in scale and scope to Humana + Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes Remote/WAH requirements: + WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. + A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. + Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. + A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $172,200 - $236,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
