Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Valencia, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise in managing financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments. u2022 Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. u2022 Maintain detailed and organized financial records for audits and reporting purposes. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks to efficiently handle bookkeeping tasks and generate financial statements. u2022 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business operations. u2022 Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of obligations. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues. u2022 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. u2022 Assist with budgeting and forecasting to guide financial planning. u2022 Identify and implement improvements to streamline bookkeeping processes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. u2022 Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Solid knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards. u2022 Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
