Key Responsibilities + Assemble highu2011quality circuit card assemblies (CCAs) that meet strict specifications and industry standards. + Follow clear, detailed work instructions while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. + Use appropriate PPE and safety protocols when handling materials, chemicals, and tools. + Participate in LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. + Support and embody the companyu2019s mission, values, and culture through professional conduct. + Perform entryu2011level mechanical assembly , including harnessing, cable assembly, and PCB subu2011assemblies. + Apply spray coatings and conduct visual inspections using drawings, models, and documentation. + Complete basic hardware installation tasks (screws, washers, nuts, etc.). + Interpret and follow build documentation , including routers, parts lists, and work instructions. + Conduct pull-tests, verify tooling , and operate torque tools accurately. + Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and assemble multiple units consistently. + Perform wire preparation, auto bonding , and sleeving tasks.
