Job Duties: Maintain accurate financial records Prepare detailed reports Support company leadership with data-driven insights Develop and updates project budgets, profits, and loss charts to monitor cost efficiency Timely billing, reconciliation, and vendor management to maintain financial stability Oversees administrative functions including scheduling when needed Communicate and document organization Consistent collaboration with project managers to ensure smooth coordination between the office and job sites Use computers and computer programs - QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Suite Manage full cycle bookkeeping Requirements: Expert level proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft, Office, and Microsoft Suite At least 3 years experience in bookkeeping, office management, or accounting, preferably with exposure to project-based or construction accounting An associates or bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated Attentive to detail Able to sit and work on computer for long periods of time Must have integrity and professionalism Able to manage multiple priorities in fast paced work environment Must be proactive problem solvers and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday Call our AI recruiter today to apply and complete the application process 870-613-9713
