Systems Operator - Morgantown, WV Pay: $18.50/hour Position Overview This role involves monitoring and managing automated transit operations using train control computer systems. The Systems Operator plays a key role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation across the system. Duties Include Operate train control computer systems to monitor and manage vehicles Monitor live camera feeds for stations and guideways Manage ticketing and access systems to control station entry Assist passengers through intercom communication and announcements Monitor platforms to maintain passenger safety Maintain detailed logs of system activity Complete required state and federal reports Perform basic computer troubleshooting Coordinate software and system updates with engineering Support maintenance operations and documentation Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong data entry skills IT or security background preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable and punctual Schedule Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM After hire-on, one associate will transition to Second Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM How to Apply For immediate consideration, call (304) 381-4466.
