Our new Westminster, SC facilityu2014our first outside the Netherlandsu2014supports the production of extrusion blow molded and injection molded packaging solutions. Role Summary The Process Technician will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and optimizing blow molding and injection molding processes to ensure consistent quality and high efficiency. This role starts on day shift for training before transitioning into 2nd shift leadership responsibilities. The Process Technician plays a critical part in maintaining safety, quality, and production output in a growing facility. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Safely operate molding equipment and ensure compliance with PPE requirements. u2022u2003Perform mold changeovers, machine start ups, and color changes according to schedule. u2022u2003Conduct product inspections following Control Plans. u2022u2003Perform process audits to confirm equipment and process stability. u2022u2003Troubleshoot molding processes, machines, and facility equipment. u2022u2003Carry out non destructive and destructive product testing. u2022u2003Execute corrective actions and root cause analysis. u2022u2003Uphold and support 5S and housekeeping standards. u2022u2003Participate in mold qualifications and process optimization initiatives. u2022u2003Support and lead 2nd shift production operations as the facility grows. u2022u2003Complete additional duties as assigned.
