Job Title: Mold Setter Job Description This position involves performing a combination of tasks including operating, overseeing, and ensuring the production of orders on schedule. The role requires daily review of production orders and ensuring each machine operates according to the production schedule. Additionally, the operator must understand the safety, quality, material, and order specifications for products to be processed, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely. Essential Skills + Preventive maintenance + Machine setup + Maintenance repair + Machine operation + Production + Troubleshooting + Mechanical skills + Machine operating + Injection molding + Setup machine Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of processing equipment and systems within a manufacturing facility. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, equipment manuals. + 3-5 years of previous experience required. + Manufacturing process development and control experience. + Good manufacturing practices experience. + Technical experience in lining machines and/or high-speed assembly is highly preferred. Work Environment Work in a manufacturing facility with 2nd shift hours from 4pm to 12:30am and 3rd shift from 12am to 8:30am, Monday through Friday. Be prepared to work any shift as required to meet production demand. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Russellville, AR.
