General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production Worker, $21-$22: APPLY NOW Job Description We are a leading manufacturer of wire mesh for various product lines, including fencing and decking. We are seeking a dedicated machine operator for our wire mesh line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting their own equipment in a non-climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery on the wire mesh line. + Ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely. + Perform preventive maintenance on machinery. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide machine operation. + Use mechanical hand tools and power tools to assist in machine operation and repair. Essential Skills + Experience in machine operation. + Mechanically inclined. + Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with CNC, press brake, and shear machines. + Experience in a production line setting. Why Work Here? The shift timings include a 1st shift from 7AM-5:30PM Monday to Thursday and a 3rd shift option. The environment supports the use of mechanical, hand, and power tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
