Donu2019t wait, apply now JOB DUTIES: + Work directly on the sales floor and phones daily, connecting with customers and supporting fellow staff members in the selection of products to provide horticultural, landscape, and/or gardening solutions. + Provide support and answers to customeru2019s questions regarding procedures, products and requests. + Assist with carryout and cart retrieval. + Answer the telephone and answer customer questions, provide information and process orders. + Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachmanu2019s customers and potential customers. + Build sustained connections with Bachmanu2019s customers and potential customer connections by providing accurate, timely, and friendly service. QUALIFICATIONS: + Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required. + Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills and computer functions. + High energy level. + Past retail experience and horticultural experience preferred + Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction. + Ability to perform routine tasks to high standards, within a seasonally changing environment. + Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions. + The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace. + Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending.
