We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Lease-up Manageru00a0to a newly developed property.u00a0 Under the direction of the Director of Lease-up & Property Administration, the Lease-up Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of an active lease-up for a newly developed property.u00a0u00a0This role oversees leasing, marketing, compliance coordination, vendoru00a0setupu00a0and operational readiness to ensure occupancy goals and delivery timelines are met.u00a0u00a0The ideal candidate has prior lease-up experience,u00a0experience managing cross-functional projects,u00a0strong organizationalu00a0skills,u00a0and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.u00a0u00a0As Trek continues to expand, we are seeking a Lease-up Manager to support lease-up operations across a growing portfolio.u00a0 Why Join Usu00a0 + Lead a high-impact lease-up from start to stabilizationu00a0 + Work cross-functionally with development, assetu00a0managementu00a0and compliance teamsu00a0 + Opportunity for growth within a mission-driven organizationu00a0 Essential Functions: Leadership & Lease-Up Operationsu00a0 + Lead weekly planning meetings and manage daily lease-up activitiesu00a0 + Monitor and adhere to the lease-up delivery scheduleu00a0 + Hold cross-functional teams accountable to ensure delivery timelines are metu00a0 + Oversee vendor selection, maintenanceu00a0planningu00a0and office setupu00a0 Compliance & File Managementu00a0 + Supervise lease-up compliance specialists and ensure all compliance tasks are completedu00a0timelyu00a0 + Help process files through compliance when neededu00a0 + Open and manage the waiting listu00a0in accordance withu00a0program requirementsu00a0 + Conduct applicant interviewsu00a0 + Coordinate COOs, PBRA direct deposit setup, utilityu00a0agreementsu00a0and agency communicationsu00a0 Marketing & Leasing Strategyu00a0 + Conduct monthly market studies to set market-rate rents and leasing specialsu00a0 + Create and execute the lease-up marketing plan, including digital and print advertisingu00a0 + Place and manage advertisements (Zillow and other platforms)u00a0 + Coordinate property photography, branding,u00a0websiteu00a0and social media presenceu00a0 + Plan and execute open houses, outreach eventsu00a0and grand opening/ribbon cuttingu00a0 Administrative & Reportingu00a0 + Complete Monthly Rent-Up Worksheets andu00a0submitu00a0required reportsu00a0 Technology & Infrastructure Setupu00a0 + Coordinate IT setup, phones, printers, check scannersu00a0and leasing office equipmentu00a0 Education & Experience:u00a0 + 4u20136+u00a0years of property management or lease-up experienceu00a0 + Proven experience managing an active lease-up from pre-leasing through stabilizationu00a0 + Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional teamsu00a0 + Strong knowledge of leasing operations, marketingu00a0strategiesu00a0and reportingu00a0 + Highly organized withu00a0strong communicationu00a0and problem-solving skillsu00a0 + Proficiencyu00a0with property management and leasing systemsu00a0 Preferred Experienceu00a0 + Affordable or mixed-income housing lease-ups (PBRA, LIHTC, HOMEu00a0preferred)u00a0 + Experience working with housing finance agencies (PHFA or similar)u00a0 + Project Management experienceu00a0u00a0 + Experience with property managementu00a0and leasingu00a0(e.g., OneSite, Yardi, oru00a0similar) u00a0 Physical Demands & Work Environment: + The employee is regularly required to move around the building or site. + May require travel dependent on business needs. + Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across site. + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. u00a0Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
