If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Job Description: Summary: The Reimbursement Plan Administrator responds to and resolves written, telephone, and personal inquiries from subscribers, groups, and providers concerning all departmental products, policies, and procedures in a professional and efficient manner. This position coordinates and monitors daily administrative activities regarding departmental products to ensure established standards and deadlines are met. Departmental Product Portfolio: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Transit and Parking, Student Loan, Tuition Reimbursement and Wellness Benefits. Essential Accountabilities: Level I u2022 Responds to all inquiries from an internal and external perspective completely, accurately, and timely and in a professional and efficient manner. Supports customer service team in researching member inquiries. u2022 Researches claims and determines claim eligibility in accordance with IRS regulations. Researches and resolves adjustment transactions. u2022 Performs online processing and adjudication of claims according to contract specifications/provisions and the companyu2019s guidelines and policies as they pertain to the account. u2022 Maintains membership data including enrolling, terminating, and updating participant and group data. Administers group and member accounts in accordance with all appropriate regulations and process all activity within service time standards. u2022 Participates and attends ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies and procedures, and develops skills to accurately fulfill requirements of the job. u2022 Maintains knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and benefits governing the department product portfolio. Performs departmental and team functions according to established desk level procedures (DLP). Participates in the development, updating and monitoring of DLP. u2022 Openly participates and collaborates with departmental and team members to execute on assigned tasks. u2022 Consistently meets the established departmental and team productivity metrics. u2022 Assists in system and release testing and troubleshooting. u2022 Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companiesu2019 mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. u2022 Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures. u2022 Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required. u2022 Performs other functions as assigned by management. Level II (in addition to Level I Accountabilities) u2022 Performs advanced research and resolution of inquiries and adjustments on behalf of participants, clients, brokers or providers. u2022 Assists in resolution of escalated or systematic issues. Proactively identifies error trends. u2022 Assists in client audits and data comparisons. u2022 Services strategic accounts as well more complex accounts within the Departmental product portfolio. u2022 All Duties performed under limited supervision. All Levels u2022 High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred. u2022 Two or more years related experience. u2022 Strong problem solving, reasoning, and organizational skills. u2022 PC experience including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively while working collaboratively and maintaining positive relationships with peers and clients. u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects. Level II (in addition to Level I Qualifications) u2022 Four or more years of benefit processing experience. u2022 Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. u2022 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. u2022 Experience with one or more of the product portfoliou2019s Administration software applications. u2022 Expertise in all aspects of rules and regulations for core operations. Physical Requirements: u2022 Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time. u2022 The ability to hear, understand, and speak clearly while using a phone, with or without a headset. Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation Range(s): Level I (N4 Pay Grade): Minimum: $19.22/hr - Maximum: $30.76/hr Level II (N5 Pay Grade): Minimum: $20.02/hr - Maximum: $33.03/hr The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the positionu2019s minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity.
