The Job: As a Regional Market Manager, youu2019ll be part of our Commercial Construction field sales team as a remote employee in your assigned territory of the greater Tennessee markets. Youu2019ll get to: + Establish aggressive but accurate sales targets & forecasts that meet and exceed divisions expectations + Devise full year strategic plans toachieve top line sales targets u2013minimally growing the business double digits over prior year u2013 while meeting established P&L goals for the local market and remaining within assigned T&E and TF budgets + Foster and advance key account relationships including ownership, management, marketing, and sales + Develop a highly engaged team of direct reports to meettheir potential and embrace the goals and objectives of the division through a regular frequency of mentoring and training + Understand and effectively leverage critical business systems including BW, Tool Commerce, , dashboards, opportunities, WIGs etc. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
