Role: Field Marketing Manager - Americas, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Our Ideal Candidate: We're growing our Americas Marketing organization to support our rapidly scaling business. Weu2019re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager u2013 Americas Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) who is passionate about growing revenue, generating pipeline, and working closely with a high-caliber sales team. The Marketing Manager u2013 Americas Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) will work hand-in-hand with our sales team focused on banking, financial services and insurance industries to grow the business, including developing and executing demand generation campaigns and driving pipeline progression programs. Additionally, this role will drive ABM in collaboration with sales to a set of top target accounts in this market. This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team and make a big contribution to our BFSI business, shaping the way partners and customers create value in a digital and AI-powered world About you: u00b7 You are operationally minded. You demonstrate a strong ability to make data-driven decisions around programs, ROI, and pipeline impact and align peers and sales to your prioritization. u00b7 You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating across a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders. u00b7 You have a self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and arenu2019t afraid of building programs from scratch, including new AI-focused initiatives. u00b7 You are a strong team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of urgency to get it done. u00b7 You are curious about emerging technologies and motivated to help customers understand and adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Responsibilities: u00b7 Own marketing efforts in the Americas for BFSI including brand awareness, demand gen and pipeline progression u2013 effectively deliver pipeline generation for both target marketing and target persona groups u00b7 Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization. u00b7 Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success. u00b7 Drive Account-Based Marketing for top targets accounts in collaboration with sales, ensuring tight alignment to account plans and goals. u00b7 Own end-to-end marketing plan for the BFSI business in the Americas, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region to tracking towards revenue targets u00b7 Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer facing events including tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events. u00b7 Provide leadership and support to the Americas field organization, ensuring sales, partners, and BDRs have the messaging, assets, and programs needed to drive growth. u00b7 Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales, partners, and BDRs to share plans, results, and insights. Requirements: u00b7 5+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies u00b7 Experience marketing to banking financial services or insurance u00b7 Experience marketing AI, data platform, cloud, or emerging technology solutions is a strong plus u00b7 Excellent communicator, with proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management and leadership u00b7 Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution. u00b7 Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans in fast-paced, hands-on environments u00b7 Experience running account-based marketing with a set of named accounts u00b7 Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously If you see a job description and think, u201cIu2019d be perfect for thatu201d but your experience doesnu2019t align perfectly with the qualifications u2013 donu2019t let that hold you back.
