With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system. _Position Summary:_ The Senior Productivity Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the Productivity Enhancement program. This position is responsible for supporting the processes and domains owned by the Director of Productivity including StrataJazz Productivity Reporting, Axiom Comparative Analytics, and associated reporting BI tools. The role is part of a system-level shared service and will establish working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain and continue to enhance productivity programs. The role will evaluate data and analyses from various productivity tools to prepare insight summaries, system reporting, and KPI dashboards to ensure leadership has access to accurate, timely and data-driven intelligence. _Position Responsibilities:_ Key Areas of Responsibility Supports productivity and peer benchmarking tools to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Assists in maintenance, configuration and administration of Strata Productivity Reporting, Comparative Analytics, and associated BI reporting tools. Supports the productivity program by informing, educating and assisting system stakeholders in accessing and understanding productivity tools, reporting and accountability. Streamlines the data standardization process & assists in the creation and delivery of related training/educational materials and operational reports using available BI tools. Supports the expense management program through distribution of system reports/dashboards and assists system-wide partners with improvement opportunities/initiatives. Assist with obtaining access to data, tools, and other productivity/analysis resources to connect Operational Enhancement stakeholders with information needed to progress toward desired outcomes. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of Productivity Tools to identify new/innovative opportunities created by the practices & enriched data resulting from the Productivity Enhancement Program. Maintains productivity benchmarks and KPIs for Health system and works with interdisciplinary teams to investigate productivity indices that do not meet target. Perform other related duties as required _Working Relationships:_ Job Title of Individual(s) Reports To:Direct Report to Director of Productivity If applicable, describe nature of supervision of any External vendors, contractors, affiliate organizations, etc.:With the Director of Productivity, will serve as a primary point of contact for Strata Decision Systems regarding the StrataJazz Productivity Reporting Module and Comparative Analytics Module. _Requirements and Specifications:_ Education u00b7 Minimum:Bacheloru2019s Degree in public health, computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting or related field u00b7 Preferred: Masteru2019s Degree in public health, computer science, MIS, business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or related field; or equivalent work experience Experience u00b7 Minimum: Three to five years of experience in planning, productivity, operations, and finance within a hospital or healthcare system. Experience in analysis, data modeling, data visualization with BI tools, finance/business reporting and business planning. u00b7 Preferred: 5-7 years progressive experience working in productivity planning, operations, or finance within a hospital or healthcare system setting. Working knowledge of hospital and health system operations u00b7 Experience with business analytics, reporting, and developing informative deliverables to drive decision-making.
