Plumbing Department Attendant (Hardware Stroe)

Assist customers in selecting plumbing hardware, tools, and materials based on their needs. Provide product recommendations and technical guidance on plumbing fixtures, pipes, fittings, and accessories. Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring proper labeling. Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries efficiently. Monitor product quality and report damaged or defective items. Keep the plumbing hardware section clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations. Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, verifying shipments, and updating stock records. Stay updated on plumbing product trends and new arrivals. Follow store policies and ensure excellent customer service. Schedule is Th to Sat 8AM - 5:00PM Sunday 8AM to 1PM with 1 hour lunch. Basic understanding of plumbing materials, fittings & tools preferred, but not required
