The Warehouse Manager u2013 Emergency Response Operations is responsible for overseeing warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities in support of time-sensitive, high-impact emergency response operations. This role requires a leader with proven management experience, strong knowledge of shipping and receiving, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments. The ideal candidate brings experience from emergency response, disaster relief, military logistics, or similar operational settings, and can lead teams, maintain accountability of critical supplies, and ensuring rapid deployment readiness. We are seeking a highly motivated and missionu2011focused individual to support operations within our warehouse (baseu2011camp equipment such as tents, HVAC units, generators, and other essential field resources). Candidates with military experience or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) backgrounds are strongly preferred due to the importance of operational discipline, rapid response, and client urgency. Key Responsibilities + Operational Readiness: Maintain a proactive, deploymentu2011ready mindset at all times. Ensure trailers and equipment are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for immediate mobilization. + Warehouse Support: Dedicate significant time and energy to warehouse operations, including working every other Saturday as part of the roleu2019s core expectations. + Training & Travel: Travel to additional company sites for onboarding and periodic training throughout the year to maintain operational consistency and skill development. + Staffing Assistance: Support staffing needs as required, including assisting with workforce coordination and scheduling. + Asset Management: Help oversee a large and diverse inventory of missionu2011critical equipment and ensure all materials are maintained, tracked, and deploymentu2011ready. Preferred Qualifications + Military background or EPC experience with a strong understanding of missionu2011driven operations and urgency. + Ability to thrive in a fastu2011paced environment with shifting priorities. + Strong organizational skills and readiness to support rapidu2011response operations.
