Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisitionto support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition - ~50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategiesSource candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referralsConduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fitPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next stepsSchedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teamsAssist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre-employment requirementsMaintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunitiesTrack and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomesSecondary Responsibilities (HR Generalist & Administrative Support)Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordinationAssist with employee relations matters, to include investigations, and day-to-day HR inquiriesProvide HR administrative support, including documentation and record maintenanceSupport performance management processes and annual HR cyclesAssist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional HR projectsEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulationsRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience & Background1-3 years of experiencein recruiting, recruitment coordination, or HR Generalist rolesProven experience supporting full-cycle recruitingin a high-volume environmentHR Generalist experience preferredManufacturing environment experience considered a strong assetExperience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an assetTechnical SkillsExperience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or WorkdaypreferredProficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Core CompetenciesStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across teamsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from an accredited college or universityPHR or SHRM certification preferred /generated inline style / All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /generated inline style / For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $65700 to $82000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
