The B2BProject CoordinatorsupportsourAccount Executivesand internal sales team in delivering CustomSpacesolutions throughout the sales cycle, including designing, quoting, order processing, installation,and post-orderfollow-up. This employee will work closely withOperationsManagers and partner with other departments at DFW to drive business sales. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Exercises effective prioritization skills to manage multiple B2Bprojects daily and meet deadlines as directed by theOperationManagersMaintains consistent communication with other departments thatimpactB2B(e.g., Stores, Transportation, Fulfillment, Installation, Buying, Marketing, and others) to ensure the success and completion of individual orders and projectsEstablishes an effective and professional relationship with ourAccount Executives, installation partners, internal business partners,and customersSupports the development of sales opportunities, including designing, quoting, placing orders, post-project follow-up (e.g., scheduling and confirming product delivery),and providing billing details as neededDemonstrates a strong understanding of workflows and processes and can follow them thoroughlyEnsure projects stay on track, haveappropriate servicelevels, while protecting theprojects overall profitabilityFocuses on driving department and company initiatives with determination and a positive attitudeProvides consistent and constructive feedback tothedirect supervisor, specifically related to training and coaching opportunities during individual updatesResponsible formaintainingdiscretion related to all confidential and sensitive company and customer informationConsistently arrives promptly to work assigned scheduleExperience and Skills Required:College degree preferred2-5 years of sales,trainingor related experienceBased in Dallas/Ft.
