As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status.Hours of Operation M-F 8:00am-9:30pm, S/S 8:00am-7:30pm, Holiday Rotation, shift differential and weekend differential available in addition to base payProvide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.Who We're Looking ForWe invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in:Emergency Room (ER)Urgent CareAcute CareIdeal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.Minimum QualificationsEducation from anACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing programBachelor’s degree in Nursing preferredCurrent Ohio RN licensureCPR/BLS certifiedPrior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferredAvailability to work required evening and weekend shiftsCommitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient careUSD $32.21 - USD $47.60 /Hr.
