We are looking for motivated and passionate leaders to help guide our staff, support our campers, and ensure a smooth and successful summer program. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment, and brings strong management and communication skills. Leadership team members are essential in setting the tone, maintaining structure, and modeling professionalism throughout the season. Leadership Positions:Assistant DirectorHealth Director-Qualifications and certifications include Physician or Nurse Practitioner or RN or LPN or EMT, First Aid, CPR, RTEVillage DirectorHigh & Low Ropes DirectorProgram DirectorWaterfront Director: Qualifications include must be 21 years old, PSI or WSI, Lifeguard Management, Lifeguarding with Waterfront, CPR, and First AidCamp Seewackamano is a warm, play-based learning environment dedicated to nurturing creativity, curiosity, and confidence in young children. Our summer camp program blends engaging activities, outdoor adventures, and hands-on learning to make every day memorable! Camp Seewackamano runs 6/30/2026-8/28/2026.
