Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking Service Plumbers to join our teamcomprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Plumbing related tasks include: water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (to include faucets, tubs, showers and toilets), drain cleaning and competent use of conventional sewer machines. This position will act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.What’s In It For Me?Market Value Compensation $22.00 to $26.00 per hourRobust PTO PlanHealth, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilitySpecial Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity TheftContinuous Training for your Professional DevelopmentWorking in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environmentCoached and supported career growthWhat Will I do?Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing servicesWater Heater replacement and repairFixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)Drain CleaningTroubleshooing residential issuesInstall, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances.Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.Perform drain cleaning using snakes, jetters, or other equipment.Conduct video inspections of plumbing systems to identify problems.Interpret blueprints and building codes to plan plumbing system layouts.Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Provide cost estimates and explain repair options to customers.Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.Respond to emergency service calls during and outside of normal working hours.Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.Communicate with customers professionally and clearly regarding the nature of work performed.Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, or inspectors as needed.Do I have What it Takes?A minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)Leak Location and Repair, a plusGood analytical skills and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service while on the jobsiteResults driven in a high-energy environment Must be able to follow directions and work independently Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
