Ensure proper timekeeping and billing for assigned project.Administration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documents.Accurately allocate/enter time for a large population of field employees via client timekeeping system, ie. Track, CDMS.Develop, review, and submit cost reports in a timely manner.Perform general office work to assist Project Manager and/or field staff including, but not limited to, labor request submittals, PO vendor requests and/or creation.Cross Function between field and corporate payroll to address any payroll related issuesEnter, calculate, reconcile and submit job site payroll data file via MJTRun AdHoc reports as required by Management.General Understanding of cost, job cost and project to date actual costUnderstanding of Project budget and client contractsHighschool Diploma or GED Required2 years of experience with construction accounting and cost tracking2 years of experience as a timekeeper on Turnaround ProjectsKnowledge of Management Systems and Software (SilkRoad, VISTA and Echart) PreferredAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
