The Project Manager will plan, direct and coordinate engineering and scheduling activities of designated projects.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eEssential Functionsu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003ePlan, organize and manage the field team with the Division Manager and Estimator.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEstablish project objectives with the Division Manager.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eImplement established corporate policies and procedures, including EEO and Affirmative Action responsibilities.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eRepresent company by initiating and maintaining liaison with primary owner representatives.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAttend weekly owner meetings.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMonitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendents to insure project is built on schedule, within budget, and meets all minority obligations.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManage all job administration and contract documentation with owner, subcontractors and suppliers.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eOverall management of the financial aspects of contract, including job cost reports, billings, budget changes, change order, accounts payable processing and collections.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eReviews deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEffectively applies Company methodology and enforces project standards.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003ePrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMinimizes our exposure to risk on project.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide safety and quality control managementu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMaintain accurate forecasting and management of budgetsu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManaging subcontractors and project team (subordinates)u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eResolution of problems involving labor disputes, material deliveries and contracts/subcontract administrationu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eOversee document control
