Develop and implement a statewide outreach plan in collaboration with the Project Director and the Texas Foster Youth Network (TX-FYN) team. Assist with recruitment and support members of the Youth Advisory Council and Advisory Group. Ensure lived experiences inform the design of Texas Foster Youth Network (TX-FYN). Develop outreach materials and ensure accessibility.Represent Texas Foster Youth Network (TX-FYN) at statewide conferences, professional meetings, and community events to promote awareness and build credibility. Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, workforce boards, Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), transition centers, and other key partners to expand the network. Lead planning for youth-led focus groups.Provide supervision for two full-time outreach specialists and one resource specialist. Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and maintain a statewide service directory and referral guide. Ensure all outreach activities are delivered with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.Collect, analyze, and report outreach metrics (e.g., number of events, attendees, youth engaged, partnerships developed) to support evaluation and funder reporting.Participate in institute functions such as trainings, supervision, staff meetings, and events. Other activities and duties as assigned.
