Special Education Teacher u2013 Riverside, CA Location: Riverside, CA Schedule: ASAP Start u2013 End of School Year Folder Group: Special Education Teacher Exclusive to Amergis: No Local Pay: $50u2013$55/hr (Travel Pay Rates Available for Qualified Candidates) Position Overview The Special Education Teacher, under the guidance of the Special Education Program Administrator, delivers high-quality instructional services to students in grades Ku201312. This educator plays a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized student programs, collaborating closely with general education teams to ensure student success. The role includes providing specialized instruction, targeted tutorial assistance, and consultation to school staff to support inclusive learning environments. Responsibilities + Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with studentsu2019 IEPs + Collaborate with special and general education staff to design and implement student programs + Provide ongoing consultation and support to instructional teams + Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district regulations + Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary team planning + Uphold professional standards of practice and maintain required certifications Minimum Requirements + Bacheloru2019s Degree from an accredited university (preferred) + Valid state teaching certificate per state and district regulations + At least one year of classroom teaching experience (preferred) + Preferred Certifications/Endorsements: + Standard Elementary Teaching + Standard Secondary Teaching + Standard Special Teaching + Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement + CPR certification, if required + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state) + Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Interested Candidates u2013 Contact Information For more information or to apply, please reach out: Cliffton Meadows National Recruitment Manager ??
