IT Contract Services Administrator (Contract-to-Hire Hybrid) Locations (Preffered): Wisconsin Rapids, WI u2022 Quinnesec, MI u2022 Escanaba, MI u2022 Miamisburg, OH Employment Type: 6u2011month Contract to Hire Work Arrangement: Hybrid (primarily remote with occasional onsite visits) Compensation Pay Range: + $70,000 u2013 $90,000 annually (upon conversion to fullu2011time), or + $34 u2013 $43 per hour during the contract period Compensation is based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. About the Role The IT Contract Services Administrator supports IT financial management and operational processes, including contract administration, purchase order and invoice handling in SAP, IT asset management, and administration of capital approval processes. This role also provides critical logistical and administrative support to the IT organization. Top Skills + Contract and Vendor Management + SAP & Financial Process Administration + Microsoft Excel & Reporting Key ResponsibilitiesContract & Financial Administration + Organize, administer, and maintain IT contracts across the organization + Request and manage renewal quotes from vendors and valueu2011added resellers (VARs) + Partner with IT contract owners and technical managers to validate entitlements and service needs + Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with vendors + Ensure contracts are executed in alignment with delegated authority guidelines + Create and manage purchase orders for contract renewals + Process and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual contract invoices + Maintain the IT contract pipeline, including NDAs, SOWs, and service or maintenance agreements + Align contract terms for cou2011terming and renewal efficiency + Preserve official documentation and maintain historical records to support audits and negotiations Budgeting & Reporting + Support annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting activities + Manage accruals, amortization, and annual operating plan (AOP) processes + Provide reporting and data support for quarterly contract reviews + Assist with internal and vendor audit requirements + Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal on documentation, tax details, and payment terms Operational & Administrative Support + Provide logistical and administrative support to IT operations + Assist with international contract renewals when needed + Support contract assignments related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures + Perform cou2011terming or contract consolidation activities across business entities + Contribute to special projects and business initiatives as required Required Qualifications + 4+ years of administrative or operational support experience + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools + Bacheloru2019s degree + Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis + Experience working in SAP environments + Strong interpersonal, communication, and vendor relationship management skills + Experience supporting contract spending, renewals, and financial tracking + Proficiency with SharePoint + Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Selfu2011starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Why This Role? + Contractu2011tou2011hire opportunity with longu2011term potential + Hybrid work model with limited required travel + Play a key role supporting IT financial operations during a critical transition + Position is open due to a retiring fullu2011time employee, creating strong knowledgeu2011transfer and conversion potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miamisburg, OH.
