Staff Accountant

Description Duties/ Responsibilities: uf0b7 Responsible for monthly journal entries including recurring, month end and ad hoc. uf0b7 Responsible for account reconciliations and maintenance of reconciliation binder. uf0b7 Track and record all prepaid expenses. uf0b7 Track and record the depreciation of all company assets. uf0b7 Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of all intercompany accounts. uf0b7 Responsible for Accounts Receivable and posting of cash receipts. uf0b7 Account analysis uf0b7 Company Payroll uf0b7 Bank reconciliations uf0b7 Assist the Controller with financial closes. uf0b7 Serve as backup to the other members of the Finance Department. uf0b7 Assist the Controller with all outside reviews and audits. uf0b7 Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Required Skills/ Abilities: uf0b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. uf0b7 Excellent organizational and time management skills. uf0b7 Proficient in accounting software (experience with Foundations software a plus). uf0b7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. uf0b7 Self-starter but will also work with a team uf0b7 Must have great communication & collaboration skills to support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis. uf0b7 Must have organizational skills and be able to prioritize responsibilities.
