Junior Software Developer

Job Description One of Insight Globalu2019s client is seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a growing, collaborative technology team. This role will contribute to multiple initiatives, including a large-scale internal platform migration, and will focus on building enhancements in Java and Python, working directly with SQL databases, and implementing solutions that leverage AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a team setting, and has a strong desire to grow within the financial services domain. Candidates must be willing to go onsite Tuesday-Thursday in West Chester, PA. Compensation: $30/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
