Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices. u2022 Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection and accurate records. u2022 Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial information. u2022 Process invoices efficiently using accounting software tools. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating reports, tracking expenses, and analyzing data. u2022 Collaborate with teams in a global manufacturing environment to ensure financial compliance. u2022 Work with SAP and cloud ERP systems to manage financial workflows. u2022 Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation for audits and reporting. u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and finance processes. u2022 Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
