Description Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a proactive, bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter for an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the best fit for organizational needs. The ideal candidate enjoys process improvement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about continuous development. Responsibilities: + Source, screen, and schedule candidates for open positions across the companyu2014especially in production and manufacturing roles. + Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs on interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups. + Spend time within the production environment to understand company operations and better engage with candidates and hiring managers. + Collaborate with department leaders on workforce needs. + Efficiently utilize Paylocity and other tools for applicant tracking and reporting. Requirements + Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment. + Strong ability to source candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms. + Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. + Bilingual in Spanish and English + Continuous improvement mindset; innovative and proactive + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial recruiting environment preferred Long Term Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
