Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Ability to lead the employees of their unit in the delivery of patient care u2022 Ability to lead performance improvement initiatives on their assigned unit u2022 Ability to think critically in relation to the operations of the unit and delivery of patient care u2022 Ability to manage the business of healthcare delivery on their unit, including assessing and managing financial practices/Productivity management u2022 Able to assist and mentor others in relation to the technology utilized on the unit Education: u2022 Associate's of Nursing [Required] u2022 Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study: u2022 N/A Work Experience: u2022 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience.
