Important Responsibilities + Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units. + Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems. + Keep accurate maintenance records per City, State, and EPA regulations. Standard Responsibilities + Inspect and repair ductwork. + Assist with general facility services as needed. + Maintain internal electrical/electronic control systems; clean coils and blowers. + Inspect refrigeration units, refrigerators, and ice machines. + Ensure efficient operation of all air-conditioning systems.
