FTE: 0.80 Standard Hours: 32.00 This position iseligible for a sign-on bonus of $20k Shift: Shift 3 Shift Details: 7on 7 off rotation B week Monday-Wednesday 9p-7a, Thursday off, Friday9p-7a, Saturday and Sunday 7p-7a Job Summary: At the direction of aradiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imagingprocedures and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studiesaccording to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols whileutilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres toorganizational customer service standards and supports theorganizational excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effectiveinteraction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff.Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas asnecessary. Responsible for performing all CT, Diagnostic X-ray, andPoint of Care Lab Testing. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 yearof current clinical experience in each modality is preferred. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: High School degree or equivalent is required. Post highschool completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program isrequired. An additional 1-2 years of college/university courseworkand/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field ispreferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT registered and current State ofWisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. Registered by the ARRTin CT within 18 months is required. American Heart Association (AHA)Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approvedequivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
