Systems Analyst

Description We are looking for a proactive Systems Analyst to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and interpret system requirements to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. u2022 Provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. u2022 Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring security and accessibility. u2022 Collaborate with teams to perform system upgrades and hardware updates. u2022 Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices to maintain connectivity. u2022 Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed. u2022 Assist in the creation of business requirement documents for system changes. u2022 Conduct regular troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues. u2022 Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions. u2022 Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in networking and IT support. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory and system analysis. u2022 Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, including Dell 2022 and HP switches. u2022 Experience with system and server upgrades. u2022 Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical problems. u2022 Effective verbal and written communication abilities. u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SQL Server. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
